Hello all!
Apologies for not posting in so long, I didn’t realise quite how long it had been. I confess that I have a terrible habit of just updating my facebook and twitter pages, which has resulted in this blog being somewhat neglected in recent months. So there’s much to tell since the last post, but I will just keep it breif.
The ‘Erosion’ exhibition at the Sam Scorer gallery went well and Stopped Clock has since featured and sold work in the Contemporary Crafts Network exhibition entitled ‘Glimmer’ which was open over the Christmas season. Stopped Clock will remain a member of the Contemporary Crafts Network for the foreseeable future and plan to be involved with their upcoming projects.
I would like to publicly thank the Number Four gallery in the Scottish Borders for exhibiting my work over the autumn months and for the sales made, their support has been very much appreciated. Below is a picture of a platter I did specifically for displaying in their gallery…

To celebrate the Stopped Clock facebook page reaching 100 ‘likes’ there was a competition held to win a voucher for the Stopped Clock Etsy shop and the lucky winner has now been notified. Lets see how quickly we can reach the 150 mark!
Speaking of which the Stopped Clock Etsy shop has just been reorganised and updated with new glass platters and pendants for sale, so just click the Etsy tab on the left to visit and see what’s new.
In 2012 Stopped Clock will be slowing down on production due to other commitments arising, however there are still plans to feature in a couple of exhibitions already and I aim to focus more on my illustrative work for awhile, as this was sorely neglected in 2011 in favour of glass.
I hope you have all had a great start to 2012 and I my New Year’s resolution is to keep this blog up-to-date!
